CAMBRIS-AF Welcomes U.S. Army Counterparts at the 2025 Fundraising Event
The CAMBRIS-AF 2025 Fundraising Event brought together members, families, friends and supporters for an occasion centred on community, service and CAMBRIS-AF's continuing commitment to making a positive difference.
International Camaraderie
The occasion was made particularly memorable by the presence of a delegation of serving members, reserves, and veterans of the United States Armed Forces, led by Major Nelson Taku, who joined CAMBRIS-AF members in the United Kingdom for the event.
Their participation reflected a spirit of camaraderie extending beyond national borders and individual armed forces. The gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share experiences and celebrate the common bonds of service and Cameroonian heritage.
For CAMBRIS-AF, building and maintaining these relationships is an important part of creating a strong and connected community. Whether serving in the United Kingdom, the United States or elsewhere, occasions such as the 2025 Fundraising Event provide opportunities to reconnect, build friendships and strengthen the networks that bring our wider community together.
The photographs and videos from the event capture moments of friendship, celebration, camaraderie and shared purpose.
